无痛胃镜对上消化道疾病的治疗

Treatment of Upper Digestive Tract Diseases by Painless Gastroscope

目的探讨无痛胃镜在上消化道疾病的诊断与治疗。方法选取本院收治的上消化道疾病患者146例,随机分成对照组及无痛组各73例。对照组给予常规胃镜检查,无痛组运用无痛胃镜检查。对两组患者治疗满意度进行统计分析。结果观察组患者满意度为94.59%,明显高于对照组83.78%(P<0.05)。结论运用无痛胃镜对上消化道患者实施诊断治疗,能显著提升患者的治疗满意度。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of painless gastroscopy in upper gastrointestinal diseases. Methods A total of 146 patients with upper digestive tract disease were selected and divided into 73 cases in the control group and the painless group. The control group was given the routine gastroscopy,and the painless gastroscopy was used in the painless group. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients was analyzed statistically. Results The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.78%,P<0.05). Conclusion The use of painless gastroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of upper digestive tract patients can significantly improve the patient's satisfaction with the treatment.
