基层门诊高血压患者降压药物依从性影响因素的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Influencing Factors of Antihypertensive Drug Compliance in Outpatient and Hypertensive Patients in Basic Level Clinic

目的分析基层门诊高血压患者降压药物依从性影响因素。方法选取基层门诊2015年6月—2016年8月随访的150例高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究影响高血压患者服用降压药物依从性的相关因素。结果 150例高血压患者降压药物依从性良好82例(54.7%),依从性不佳68例(45.3%)。主要影响因素包括年龄等级、文化程度、经济能力、药物不良反应、实际服药种类和次数等。结论降低血压的关键在于良好的药物依从性,但基层门诊高血压患者降压药物依从性受到诸多不良因素的影响,应给予高度重视并及时采取预防和监控措施。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of antihypertensive drug compliance in primary outpatients with hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 150 hypertensive patients who were followed up from June 2015 to August 2016 in primary clinic were retrospectively analyzed to study the related factors that influence the compliance of antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients. Results The compliance of antihypertensive drugs in 150 hypertensive patients was good in 82 cases(54.7%)and 45 cases(45.3%)were in poor compliance. The main influencing factors include age,educational level,economic ability,adverse drug reactions,the actual type and frequency of medication. Conclusion The key to lowering blood pressure is good drug compliance. However,the compliance of antihypertensive drugs in primary outpatient hypertensive patients is affected by many adverse factors. Therefore,attention should be paid to the prevention and control measures in time.
