不同缝线方式对翼状胬肉切除术后眼部舒适度的影响

Effect of Different Suture Methods on Eye Comfort after Pterygium Excision

目的比较翼状胬肉切除术中使用不同缝线方式对术后病患眼部舒适度的影响。方法选取42例本院2016年4月—2017至2月进行的翼状胬肉切除术的患者,分为两组,各21例,A组患者使用连线连续缝合,B组患者使用常规缝合,对比两组治疗效果。结果 A组患者手术后1 d的舒适度比B组更优(P<0.05);患者术后7、30、90 d舒适度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论翼状胬肉病患进行手术切除术使用连线连续缝合对于病患术后眼部总体舒适度更优。

Objective To compare the effect of different stitches in pterygium excision on the eye comfort of postoperative patients. Methods Forty-two patients undergoing pterygium excision from April 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups,21 in each group. The patients in group A received continuous suture and the patients in group B received conventional suture. Effects of the two groups treatment were compared. Results The comfort degree of group A at 1 day after operation was better than that of group B(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in comfort degree at 7,30 and 90 days after operation(P>0.05). Conclusion Surgical resection of pterygium patients with continuous suture connection for the patient's overall postoperative ophthalmic comfort is better.
