介入治疗对恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的效果分析

Effect of Interventional Therapy on Pain of Malignant Tumor Patients

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者经介入治疗后对疼痛的疗效。方法选取68例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各34例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,研究组患者采用介入治疗,分析两组的临床效果与疼痛发生情况。结果研究组的有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);研究组的疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗恶性肿瘤患者可有效降低其疼痛情况,提高临床效果。

Objective To discuss the pain effect of patients with malignant tumor after interventional therapy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 34 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with interventional therapy,and the clinical effect and pain of the two groups were analyzed. Results The study group's efficiency was 94.12%,which was higher than the control group of 82.35%(P<0.05). The incidence of pain of the study group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Interventional therapy for patients with malignant tumor can reduce the pain and improve the clinical effect.
