改良止血法在颅底骨折伴鼻腔大出血中的应用

Application of Improved Hemostasis in Skull base Fracture with Nasal Massive Hemorrhage

目的探讨改良止血法在颅底骨折伴鼻腔大出血中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年6月—2017年8月收治的颅底骨折伴鼻腔大出血治疗的50例患者,所有患者均行改良止血法。结果 34例患者获得了完全止血的效果,完全止血率为68.0%;15例患者获得了基本止血,基本止血率为30.0%;1例治疗后未达到止血的目的,止血无效率为2.0%,止血有效率为98.0%。结论改良止血法治疗颅底骨折伴鼻腔大出血能够提高止血有效性。

Objective To explore the effect of improved hemostasis in skull base fracture with nasal massive hemorrhage. Methods From June 2014 to August 2017,50 patients with skull base fracture with nasal massive hemorrhage were treated in our hospital by improved hemostasis. Results Thirty-four patients got complete hemostasis(68.0%),15 patients got basic hemostasis(30.0%),1 patient did not get the hemostasis,the inefficiency rate of hemostasis was 2.0%. The effective rate of hemostasis was 98%. Conclusion Improved hemostasis in the treatment of skull base fracture with nasal massive hemorrhage can improve the effectiveness of hemostasis.
