摘要
目的分析社区护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎患者的干预效果。方法选取社区2016年9月—2017年9月收治的87例慢性支气管炎老年患者,分为对照组(41例,常规护理)、研究组(46例,社区护理),对比护理效果。结果对比两组护理满意度、生活质量评分结果,研究组患者均比较对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预应用于老年慢性支气管炎患者中对维护护患关系,提高患者生活质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods Eighty-seven elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted from September 2016 to September 2017 in our community were selected and divided into control group(41 cases,routine nursing),study group(46 cases,community nursing)and nursing effect. Nursing effect were compared between groups. Results Nursing satisfaction,quality of life score in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of community nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis is of great significance to maintain the relationship between nurses and nurses and improve the quality of life of patients.
