孕期规范化管理对妊娠期糖尿病高危产妇母婴预后的影响

Analysis of Influence of Standardized Management on Maternal and Infant Prognosis of Gestational Diabetes High Risk Parturient

目的探究高危妊娠期糖尿病产妇实施孕期规范化管理对其妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年5月—2017年9月144例高危妊娠期糖尿病产妇,抽签法分对照组、研究组,各72例,分别实施孕期常规管理和规范化管理。对比两组母婴预后。结果研究组产妇母婴并发症发生率相比对照组显著更低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危妊娠期糖尿病产妇采取孕期规范化管理对其并发症有良好的规避作用,提升预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of pregnant women on pregnancy outcome in high risk gestational diabetes. Methods From May 2016 to September 2017,144 high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and study group,72 cases in each group. Comparison of two groups of maternal and infant prognosis were conducted. Results The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized management of pregnant women in high risk gestational diabetes has a good evasion effect on its complications,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
