整体优质护理对脑卒中患者早期康复的效果分析

Effect of Quality Nursing on Early Recovery of Stroke Patients

目的探讨整体优质护理对脑卒中患者早期康复的效果分析。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月在本院神经内科治疗的140例脑卒中患者随机平均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体优质护理,比较两组患者的早期康复效果、并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果观察组护理4周后NIHSS评分及BI指数较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后肺部感染、泌尿系统感染、褥疮等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体优质护理对脑卒中患者早期康复有显著效果,能有效促进神经功能的修复,提高生活自理能力,减少并发症的发生,提升护理质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic quality nursing on early rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods Fro September 2016-September 2017 in our hospital 140 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups,control group using conventional care,observation group with the high quality nursing care. Early rehabilitation,complications,nursing satisfaction were compared between groups. Results The NIHSS score and BI index were significantly improved after 4 weeks in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection,and bedsore were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The overall quality of nursing in patients with cerebral apoplexy in the early rehabilitation has significant effect,can effectively promote the restoration of nerve function,improve the ability of independent living,reduce complications and improve quality of care,a positive clinical significance.
