社区健康教育在儿童预防接种中的效果

Effect of Community Health Education on Child Vaccination

目的探讨社区健康教育在儿童预防接种中的效果。方法选取本院2015年1月—2017年1月接种的120例儿童家长,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组没有实施社区健康教育;研究组进行社区健康教育,分析两组的预防接种知识的知晓情况与满意度。结果研究组对预防接种知识的情况高于对照组(χ~2=4.69,P<0.05);研究组儿童家长满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童家长进行社区健康教育,可提高儿童家长有关预防接种相关知识的知晓率与满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of community health education on child vaccination. Methods Totally 120 children's parents in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,60 cases each. The control group received no community health education,and the study group received community health education. The awareness of vaccination knowledge and satisfaction of in two groups were compared. Results The awareness of vaccination knowledge of study group was higher than the control group(χ~2=4.69,P<0.05);The parents' satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Community health education for children's parents can improve their parents' awareness of vaccination knowledge and satisfaction.
