综合康复护理措施改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能观察

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Measures to Improve Lung Function In Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究综合康复护理措施改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的96例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为样本,以48人为一组,将其随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组采用常规基础护理方法护理,实验组采用常规基础护理联合综合康复护理的方法护理,观察两组患者的肺功能情况,包括VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF四项指标。观察患者护理满意度,采用统计学方法处理数据。结果应用综合康复护理措施,患者肺功能改善情况更好,患者护理满意率更高(97.92%)。结论应将综合康复护理措施联合常规护理,用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中,以提高患者肺功能改善水平,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective to study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures to improve the pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 96 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March were selected as the sample,and 48 were random Ly divided into the experimental group and the control group,cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional nursing,the experimental group used routine nursing plus comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care,observation of pulmonary function in the patients of the two groups,including four indexes of VC, FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF. Observe the patient care satisfaction, using statistical methods to deal with data.Results Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures,patients with better lung function,patients with higher rate of care satisfaction(97.92%).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures should be combined with routine nursing care for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,in order to improve the level of pulmonary function, improve patient care satisfaction.
