抗菌药物临床应用情况的合理性分析

Rational Analysis on the Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drug

目的对抗菌药物的临床应用进行评价,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取2017年第三季度门诊处方及住院病历医嘱,对不合理使用抗菌药物的处方进行评价。结果发现抗菌药使用时间较长、预防使用抗菌药的级别较高、时间依赖性的抗菌药给药频次少、单次给药剂量大、无适应症用药等问题。结论应完善抗菌药物处方评价制度,促进抗菌药物临床合理应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of antimicrobial drug and promote the rational use of antimicrobial drug. Methods In the third quarter of 2017,outpatient prescriptions and inpatient medical records were randomly selected to evaluate the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs. Results The following problems were found,such as long time use of antimicrobial drug,high level of prophylactic use of antimicrobial drug,low frequency of administration of time-dependent antimicrobial drug,large amount of single dose of antimicrobial drug,and no indication for the use of antimicrobial drugs. Conclusion The evaluation system of antimicrobial prescription should be improved to promote the rational application of antimicrobial drugs in clinic.
