锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Locking Compression Plate and Internal Fixation for Treatment of Limb Fractures

目的对比分析四肢骨折患者应用锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗的临床效果。方法将2015年10月—2017年10月来本院接受内固定治疗的92例四肢骨折患者选为观察对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组(n=46)和试验组(n=46)。对照组患者给予单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗,试验组患者给予锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,对两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况及骨折愈合时间进行统计比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,数据为93.5%、78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,数据为4.3%、17.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,数据为(12.0±2.1)周、(14.3±2.5)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折患者应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果更加显著,不仅可以加快骨折愈合,还可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of locking compression steel plate and internal fixation of simple plate screws in patients with extremities fracture. Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,92 cases of limb fractures treated with internal fixation in our patients were selected as the observation object and divided into two groups at random,namely,the control group(n=46)and experimental group(n=46). Control group patients were given pure steel screw internal fixation treatment,and treatment group patients were given locking compression plate fixation. Clinical curative effect and complications in patients and fracture healing time were compared between groups. Results The total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the data was 93.5% and 78.3%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The data was 4.3% and 17.4%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fracture healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the data was(12.0±2.1)weeks and(14.3±2.5)weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with limbs fracture,application of locking compression plate fixation effect is more significant,which not only can accelerate fracture healing,but also reduce the occurrence of complications.
