创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折病患实施交锁髓内钉治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail for Treatment of Patient with Traumatic Lower Extremity Long Bone Fracture

目的研究交锁髓内钉治疗创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折的效果。方法将42例创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者分成对照组与观察组,每组21例。前组实施钢板内固定治疗,后组选用交锁髓内钉治疗。对比两组的手术时间、术后骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术用时(71.15±2.34)min更短,术后骨折异常愈合率(9.52%)、并发症总发生率(4.76%)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论交锁髓内钉治疗创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折疗效好且安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of traumatic long tubular fractures of the lower extremities. Methods Forty-two cases of traumatic lower limb long bone fractures were divided into control group and observation group,21 cases in each group. The former group was treated with plate fixation,the latter group was treated by interlocking intramedullary nailing. The operation time,postoperative fracture healing and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter operative time(71.15±2.34 min),abnormal postoperative healing rate(9.52%)and lower complication rate(4.76%,P<0.05). Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail treatment of traumatic lower limb long bone fractures is effective and safe.
