腹腔镜胆囊手术联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

目的观察急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后联用龙胆泻肝汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月收治的82例急性胆囊炎患者,按治疗方法分为两组各41例。对照组接受腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗,观察组患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术术后联合应用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。对比两组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间和并发症情况。结果观察组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后联合应用龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性胆囊炎,可以进一步提高疗效并降低并发症,提高患者康复水平。

Objectiv To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic resection of gallbladder surgery combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods The 82 cases of acute cholecystitis in our hospital in March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into 41 cases in two groups according to the treatment method. The control group received laparoscopic surgery,patients in the observation group received the combined application of Longdan Xiegan Decoction after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of antibiotic use,the time of hospitalization and the complications were compared in the two groups. Results The time of gastrointestinal function recovery,the time of antibiotic use,the time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction can improve curative effect and reduce complications of acute cholecystitis,improve the level of rehabilitation patients.
