切开复位内固定治疗桡骨下端骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的探究切开复位内固定治疗桡骨下端骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院骨科收治的桡骨下端骨折患者80例,分为实验组和对照组,实验组行切开复位内固定治疗,对照组行闭合复位外固定,比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突与尺骨茎突距离优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组有效率、并发症发病率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论切开复位内固定治疗桡骨下端骨折疗效显著,可避免复位畸形,减少并发症发生率,改善关节功能。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of fracture of the lower end of radius. Methods Eighty cases of fracture of the lower end of radius were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the control group with closed reduction and external fixation. Results The palmar inclination angle and ulnar angle of the patients in the experimental group were compared. The distance between styloid process of radius and styloid process of ulna was better than that of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation are effective in treating fracture of lower radius,which can avoid deformity and reduce complications. The incidence of joint function was improved.
