针灸结合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的效果

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application on Hemiplegia of Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨针灸结合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的效果及护理方法。方法选取2015年10月—2017年10月在本院就诊的62例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组(针灸+穴位敷贴)和对照组(针灸)各31例。对比两组FMA和MBI评分。结果观察组总有效率90.32%(28/31),与对照组总有效率70.97%(22/31)比较,显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FMA和MBI评分与治疗前比较,均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组FMA和MBI评分提高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing method of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on hemiplegia of ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty-two hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group(acupuncture + acupoint application)and the control group(acupuncture),31 cases in each group. The FMA and MBI scores in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%(28/31),and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.97%(22/31),and the total effective rate was significantly higher(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of FMA and MBI in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of FMA and MBI in the observation group were more obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on hemiplegic of ischemic stroke is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing in clinical.
