当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Danggui Sini Decoction on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将本院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的34例糖尿病神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各17例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用当归四逆汤治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后神经传导速度优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上使用当归四逆汤可以有效的改善患者的神经传导速度,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Sini Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Thirty-four patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,17 cases in each. Control group using conventional drug treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the combination of Angelica Sini Decoction treatment,compared two groups of clinical treatment. Results The nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the use of Danggui Sini Decoction can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity of the patients and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
