承气建中汤对重度颅脑损伤患者早期肠道功能的影响

Effect of Chengqi Jianzhong Decoction on Early Intestinal Function in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨中药承气建中汤对重度颅脑损伤患者早期胃肠道功能的保护和治疗作用。方法选取本院2013年3月—2016年3月120例重型颅脑损伤患者(GCS3-8分),均为急症开颅手术病人,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。实验组术后8h给予中药承气建中汤150 m L,同时应用质子泵抑制剂,对照组单纯给予质子泵抑制剂以期待肠功能恢复的方式。结果实验组应激性溃疡、腹胀、腹泻、反流、排气、排便情况明显短于对照组。结论承气建中汤对早期重度颅脑损伤患者胃肠道功能有保护和治疗作用,大大降低了患者的感染率,促进神经功能恢复,提高生存质量。

Objective Yo explore the protective and therapeutic effect of Chengqi Jianzhong Decoction on the early gastrointestinal function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury(GCS3-8 scores)were collected from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital. Patients with acute craniotomy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 60 cases. The experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine Chengqi Jianzhong Decoction 150 m L 8 h after operation,and proton pump inhibitor was applied,while the control group was only given proton pump inhibitor to expect the recovery of intestinal function. Results The conditions of stress ulcer,abdominal distention,diarrhea,reflux,exhaust and defecation in the experiment groups were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion Chengqi Jianzhong Decoction has protective and therapeutic effects on gastrointestinal function in patients with severe craniocerebral injury at early stage,which greatly reduces the infection rate of patients,promotes the recovery of neurological function and improves the quality of life.
