自拟收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Self-Designed Convergent and Ulcerative Decoction Combined with Mesalazine in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察自拟收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的功效。方法选取于本院诊治的溃疡性结肠炎患者43例,随机分为对照组20例与观察组23例,分别给予单纯美沙拉嗪治疗及自拟收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪疗法。结果观察组23例患者的治疗总有效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能获得较理想的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the efficacy of treatment of ulcerative colitis in patients by combination of Ulcerative Decoction and the mesalazine. Methods A total of 43 patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(23 cases). Patients were given mesalazine alone or Ulcerative Decoction combined with mesalazine,respectively. Results The total effective treatment of 23 patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ulcerative colitis can be achieved by the combination of the selfdesigned convergent and Ulcerative Decoction combined with mesalazine.
