多索茶碱片联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗煤工尘肺的效果分析

Effect of Doxofylline Tablets and Tiotropium Powder in Treating Pneumoconiosis of Coal Workers

目的探讨多索茶碱片联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗煤工尘肺的临床效果。方法选取86例煤工尘肺患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者在常规对症治疗的基础上加用多索茶碱片,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用噻托溴铵粉雾剂进行治疗。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱片联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗煤工尘肺具有一定的效果,可以改善患者肺功能指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Doxofylline Tablets and Tiotropium Powder in treating coal workers' pneumoconiosis. Methods Eighty-six cases of coal workers' pneumoconiosis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Doxofylline Tablets based on conventional treatment,the study group was treated with Tiotropium Powder based on the control group. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the improvement of the indexes in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Doxofylline Tablets and Tiotropium Powder have certain effect in treating coal workers' pneumoconiosis,can improve the indexes of lung function.
