妈咪爱散剂联合思密达治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

Effect of Medilac-Vita Combined with Smectite in Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的探讨妈咪爱散剂联合思密达治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取本院就诊的86例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为观察组(妈咪爱+思密达,n=43)和对照组(常规治疗,n=43)。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胆红素日均下降值和第1 d胆红素下降幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),胆红素降至171μmmol/L天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妈咪爱散剂联合思密达治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita powder combined with smectite in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Eighty-six cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(Medilac-Vita + smectite,n=43)and control group(conventional treatment,n=43). The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The daily average descending value of bilirubin and the decrease of 1 d bilirubin in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the days of bilirubin decreased to 171 mmol/L were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Medilac-Vita powder combined with smectite in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is significant,worthy of promotion.
