临床药师对一类切口抗菌药物预防性使用情况的干预效果分析

Effect of Clinical Pharmacist Intervention on Preventive Use of Antimicrobial Drug in Type Ⅰ Incision

目的探讨临床药师干预一类切口抗菌药物预防性使用的效果。方法选取一类切口围术期的患者1000例,其中530例患者为未干预组,470例患者为干预组。分析两组的抗菌药物的使用情况。结果干预组抗生素的使用种类少于未干预组(P<0.05);干预组患者的抗菌药物使用不合理情况好于未干预组(P<0.05)。结论临床药师干预后一类切口患者抗菌药的用药情况明显好转,提高临床抗生菌药物的合理使用情况。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on preventive use of antimicrobial drug in type Ⅰincision. Methods A total of 1000 patients with type Ⅰincision perioperative period were selected,530 patients were non-intervention group,and 470 patients were intervention group. The use of antimicrobial agents in two groups was analyzed. Results The use types of antibiotics in the intervention group was lower than that of the non-intervention group(P<0.05);the irrationality of using antibiotics of the intervention group was better than that in the non-intervention group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of antibacterial drugs for patients with type Ⅰincision after intervention of clinical pharmacists was significantly better,and improved the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
