双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果

Effect of Bifid Triple Viable Bacterial Tablet Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in Treating Infantile Diarrhea

目的探讨双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选取40例小儿腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗、观察组采用双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总治疗有效率为100.0%,对照组为85.0%(P<0.05);观察组患儿排便恢复时间、呕吐改善时间、腹痛改善时间均短于对照组相应指标(P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻的治疗中采用双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散方案,能够提高患者的整体治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods Forty cases of infantile diarrhea were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,the observation group was treated with bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder. Treatment effect was compared between groups. Results The total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group and 85.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The defecation recovery time,vomiting improvement time and abdominal pain improvement time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in treating infantile diarrhea,can improve the total effective rate.
