甘精胰岛素与那格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效分析

Effi cacy of Insulin Glargine and Nateglinide in Treatment of Primary Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨甘精胰岛素与那格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取本院收治的74例初发2型糖尿病,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采取那格列奈治疗,研究组患者采取甘精胰岛素与那格列奈联合治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、Hb A1c、AUCg水平、空腹胰岛素水平、餐后2 h胰岛素各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素与那格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病,可有效改善血药指标,用药安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of insulin glargine and nateglinide in the treatment of primary type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 74 cases of primary type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with nateglinide,and the study group was treated with insulin glargine and nateglinide. The effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,Hb A1 c,AUCg level,fasting insulin level and 2 hours postprandial insulin index in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine and nateglinide in the treatment of primary type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the blood drug index.
