不同他汀类药物对冠心病急性心肌梗死患者的临床观察

目的比较不同他汀类药物治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的62例冠心病急性心肌梗死患者,纳入时间为2015年6月—2017年6月。随机均分为两组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,试验组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。评定两组临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗有效率为93.5%,高于对照组的74.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死疗效优于阿托伐他汀。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of different statins in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-two patients with acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017. They were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the trial group was treated with rosuvastatin. The clinical efficacy of two groups was evaluated. Results the effective rate of the patients in the test group was 93.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rosuvastatin on acute myocardial infarction in coronary heart disease is better than atorvastatin.
