复方亚甲兰液在肛肠手术术后镇痛的应用

Application of Methylene Blue Liquid in Analgesia after Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨复方亚甲兰液在肛肠手术术后镇痛的应用效果。方法选取本院226例肛肠手术患者,随机分为甲组(n=113)以镇痛剂镇痛,乙组(n=113)采用注射复方亚甲兰配制液镇痛,观察两组的镇痛效果及不良反应情况。结果乙组患者不良反应及镇痛效果情况明显优于甲组,组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论复方亚甲兰液在肛肠手术术后镇痛之中的应用,镇痛效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound methylene blue liquid in analgesia after anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 226 anorectal surgery patients in our hospital were enrolled in the study. Patients were randomly divided into Group A(n=113)treated with analgesic analgesia and Group B(n=113)treated with compound methylene blue. Pain and adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results Adverse reactions and analgesic effects of patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of compound methylene blue liquid in postoperative analgesia of anorectal surgery has obvious analgesic effect and high safety.
