摘要
目的对女性感染高危型人乳头瘤病毒进行临床分析。方法随机选取2016年1月—2017年10月来本中心检查的198例女性患者宫颈脱落细胞样本,采用聚合酶链反应技术检测HPV基因亚型,分析不同年龄HR-HPV感染情况。结果 17种HR-HPV的阳性率为32.8%,女性HR-HPV感染率高发年龄20~30岁,检出感染率35.6%,17种HPV基因型检出12种,各年龄段HR-HPV感染率差异无可比性(P>0.05)。结论青年女性HR-HPV感染率最高,随着年龄增长感染率逐渐降低。
Objective To analyze the clinical data of high risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in women. Methods A total of 198 female patients with cervical exfoliated cells from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected for cervical exfoliated cell samples. The HPV subtypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and HR-HPV infection of different ages was analyzed. Results The positive rate of 17 HR-HPVs was 32.8%. The highest HR-HPV infection rate was 20~30 years old in women. The infection rate was 35.6%. There were 12 kinds of HPV genotypes detected in 12 women.HR-HPV infection rate differences were not comparable(P>0.05). ConclusionThe infection rate of HR-HPV in young women is the highest,and the infection rate gradually decreases with age.
