XELOX及mFOLFOX6化疗方案对结肠癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of XELOX and mFOLFOX6 Chemotherapy on Quality of Life after Colon Cancer Surgery

目的探讨XELOX及m FOLFOX6化疗方案对结肠癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院36例结肠癌术后患者为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,每组18例,对照组患者采用m FOLFOX6化疗方案,研究组患者采用XELOX化疗方案,比较两组患者治疗后的生活质量及毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组患者各项生活质量评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但研究组患者各毒副反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 XELOX及m FOLFOX6化疗方案对患者的生活质量无影响,但XELOX化疗方案毒副反应少,安全性更高。

Objective To explore the effect of XELOX and m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy on the quality of life of patients with colon cancer. Methods Thisty-six patients with colon cancer surgery were selected as the research object,subjects were divided into control group and research group,18 cases in each group,control group were treated by chemotherapy m FOLFOX6,the research group were treated by chemotherapy XELOX,quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reaction between the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was significantly lower than that of control(P<0.05). Conclusion XELOX and m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy have no effect on the quality of life of patients,but XELOX chemotherapy have less toxic effects and higher safety.
