卡孕栓对剖宫产产后出血的预防及术后恢复的疗效

Effect of Carprost Suppository on Prevention Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section and Its Effect on Postoperative Recovery

目的分析卡孕栓对剖宫产产后出血的预防及术后恢复的效果。方法选取本院接诊的200例剖宫产产妇,将其按照数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用缩宫素治疗,观察组使用缩宫素联合卡孕栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组术后24 h失血量和肛门排气时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的子宫复旧情况对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产患者使用缩宫素联合卡孕栓治疗,能够明显减少产后出血量,促进肛门排气。

Objective To analyze the effect of carprost suppository on prevention postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section and its effect on postoperative recovery. Methods Totally 200 patients with cesarean section in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital random table method. The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with carprost suppository. Treatment effect were compared between groups. Results The amount of blood loss after 24 h and the anal exhaust time in the observation group were significantly lower those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups of uterine involution(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of caesarean section with oxytocin combined with carprost suppository can obviously reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,promote the anus exhaust.
