维吾尔医综合治疗异常黑胆质型乳腺增生病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Uyghur Medicine in Treatment of Abnormal SavdaType Mammary Glands Hyperplasia

目的研究维吾尔医综合治疗异常黑胆质型乳腺增生病患者的临床效果。方法选择60例异常黑胆质型乳腺增生病患者为研究对象,所有患者均采取成熟疗法、清除疗法、维成药玛热艾飞蜜膏治疗以及乳腺孜麻得散治疗。观察患者治疗前后的乳房疼痛积分值。结果患者治疗后的乳房疼痛积分值为(2.10±1.80)分,明显低于治疗前的(9.27±1.60)分(P<0.05)。结论维吾尔医综合治疗异常黑胆质型乳腺增生病患者具有确切的临床效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Uygur Medicine in the treatment of abnormal savda-type hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Sixty cases of abnormal savda-type mammary glands hyperplasia were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with mature therapy,eliminating therapy,Mareaifei honey Cream and Zimade powder. The score of the breast pain was observed before and after the treatment. Results The score of the breast pain after the treatment was(2.10±1.80),which was significantly lower than that before the treatment(9.27±1.60)(P<0.05). Conclusion Uygur medicine has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of abnormal savda-type mammary glands hyperplasia.
