螺旋CT和低场MRI检查在诊断股骨头坏死中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT和低场MRI检查在诊断股骨头坏死中的应用效果。方法选取本院40例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,所有患者均行螺旋CT和低场MRI检查,分别设为CT组和MRI组,比较两组早期诊断及总诊断符合率。结果 MRI组在股骨头坏死早期诊断及总诊断符合率均显著高于CT组(P<0.05)。CT组检查的灵敏性、特异性及准确性分别为68.42%、85.11%及80.30%,MRI组检查的灵敏性、特异性及准确性分别为94.74%、100.00%及98.48%(P<0.05)。结论低场MRI检查有助于提高股骨头坏死早期诊断及总诊断符合率,且在早期股骨头坏死中诊断灵敏性、特异性及准确性显著优于螺旋CT检查,可为临床尽快确定治疗方案提供参考。 Objective To investigate the application of spiral CT and low field MRI in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis. Methods Forty cases of femoral head necrosis in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All patients were examined by spiral CT and low field MRI,and were set in group CT and group MRI respectively. Results The early diagnosis and total diagnosis of femoral head necrosis in group MRI were significantly higher than that in group CT(P<0.05). The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of group CT were 68.42%,85.11% and 80.30%,respectively. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of group MRI were 94.74%,100.00% and 98.48%,respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Low field MRI examination is helpful to improve the early diagnosis and the total diagnostic coincidence rate of femoral head necrosis,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the early femoral head necrosis are significantly better than spiral CT examination. It can provide reference for the treatment plan as soon as possible.
