摘要
目的探讨论护士访视对ICU患者转科后提升患者(家属)满意度的效果。方法选取ICU 120例新入院(转入)的患者,随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组患者病情好转,转往其他科室后,未对患者(家属)进行转科后访视,实验组患者病情好转,转往其他科室后,由护士对患者追踪式进行转科后访视。结果实验组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU转科患者进行转科后访视,可提高家属及患者对ICU工作的认识,减少患者心理压力,从而提高患者(家属)对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of nurse follow-up on patients(family members)satisfaction after ICU patients transferred to other departments. Methods A total of 120 newly admitted(transferred)patients in ICU were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group did not given follow-up visit after transferring;and the patients in the experimental group were given followup visit by nurse after transferring to other departments. Results The satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The post-transfer foloow-up visits to patients could may increase family and patient awareness of ICU work,reduce psychological stress,and increase patients'(family)satisfaction with nursing work.
