摘要
目的探讨手术室个性化护理在成人单孔三曲卡腹腔镜阑尾切除术中应用。方法选取本院收治的接受单孔三曲卡腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的50例患者,随机分成两组,每组25例。观察组采用手术室个性化护理,对照组采用常规手术室护理。结果观察组患者的手术时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间和SDS、SAS得分均低于同期对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论成人单孔三曲卡腹腔镜阑尾切除术中应用手术室个性化护理能够提高应用效果并改善患者的心理情绪。
Objective To explore the personalized operation room nursing in the adult single-hole three trocar laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods In our hospital,50 cases underwent single-hole three trocar laparoscopic appendectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,25 per group. The observation group adopted the personalized operation room nursing and the control group adopted the conventional operation room nursing. Results The operation time,antibiotic use time,hospitalization time and the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized operation room nursing can improve the application effect and improve the patients' mental status in the adult single-hole three trocar laparoscopic appendectomy.
