针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的效果观察

Observation the Effect of Targeted Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院100例慢性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者给予传统护理,研究组患者在此基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组护理效果与满意度。结果干预后研究组患者护理总有效率为94.00%,护理满意率为96.00%;对照组患者护理总有效率为78.00%,护理满意率为74.00%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可有效提高护理效果及患者满意率,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods Totally 100 cases of chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of treatment. The control group was given traditional nursing,and the study group was given targeted nursing on this basis. Nursing effects and satisfaction were compared between groups. Results After intervention,the total effective rate in the study group was 94.00%,the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.00%,the total effective rate in the control group was 78.00%,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 74.00%,there were statistic significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect and the patient's satisfaction rate and promote the recovery of the patients.
