康复护理在精神分裂症患者生活质量改善中的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Improving Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenic

目的探讨康复护理干预在精神分裂症患者生活质量改善中的应用。方法选取40例精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组采用康复护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理干预后的生活质量评分高于对照组,患者风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预精神分裂症患者,能够改善患者的生活质量并降低风险事件发生率。

Objective To investigate the application of rehabilitation nursing intervention in improving the quality of life of schizophrenic patients. Methods Forty schizophrenic patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing mode and the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode. Comparison of two groups of nursing effects was conducted. Results The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing intervention,and the incidence of risk events in the patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of schizophrenic patients can improve the patient's quality of life and reduce the incidence of risk events.
