高职高专《基础护理学》实训教学模式的现状与研究

Present Situation and Research on Practical Teaching Model of Basic Nursing Science in Higher Vocational College

目的研究探索高职高专院校基础护理学实训教学中存在的问题和行之有效的教学方法,以提高实训课的教学质量。方法在教学模式上采取实训课教学方法的多样化、注重护生综合素质的培养、增加护生动手练习的机会、提高教师队伍水平、多种考核方式的改进措施。结果高职高专护生的综合素质和护理技能操作水平都有明显提高。结论基础护理实训教学效果提高显著,缩短了教学与临床的距离,有助于培养符合临床要求的实用型护理人才。

Objective To explore the problems and effective teaching methods in basic nursing practice teaching in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the teaching quality of training courses. Methods In the teaching mode,we should take diversified teaching methods,pay attention to the training of comprehensive quality of nursing students,increase the opportunities for students to practice,improve the level of teachers,and improve the various assessment methods. Results The comprehensive quality and the nursing skill operation level of the nursing students in higher vocational and technical colleges have been greatly improved. Conclusion The teaching effect of basic nursing training is improved significantly,and the distance between teaching and clinical is shortened,and it is helpful to cultivate practical nursing talents in accordance with clinical requirements.
