加速康复护理在结肠癌患者围手术期中的应用分析

Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients with Colon Cancer

目的分析加速康复护理在结肠癌患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年1月—2016年3月收治的102例结肠癌患者作为本次的研究对象,分为常规组与实验组,其中对常规组采取一般护理,对实验组采取加速康复护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者肛门首次排气时间、住院时间、首次排便时间相比常规组均明显较短(P<0.05);实验组术后首次进食时间、胃管与导尿管的留置时间相比常规组均明显较短(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者采取加速康复护理干预的应用效果显著,可有效缩短住院时间,促进临床症状的改善,提高护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing on perioperative patients with colon cancer. Methods A total of 102 patients with colon cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups:general group and experimental group,of which general nursing was given to routine group and accelerated rehabilitation nursing,Compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effects. Results In the experimental group,the time of the first defecation,the length of hospital stay,and the time of the first defecation in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The first feeding time,gastric tube and catheter indwelling time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group Were significantly shorter(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention to patients with colon cancer is significant,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the nursing effect.
