脑动脉瘤手术治疗中应用临床路径护理的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Applying Clinical Pathway Nursing in Surgical Treatment of Cerebral Aneurysm

目的研究脑动脉瘤手术治疗中应用临床路径护理的可行性。方法选取2015年5月—2017年4月就诊的脑动脉瘤手术患者66例,根据护理方式分组,每组33例。对照组应用普通护理措施;路径组应用临床路径护理措施。比较两组患者住院天数、住院的费用和脑动脉瘤手术护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果路径组脑动脉瘤手术护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。路径组脑动脉瘤手术并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。路径组患者住院天数、住院的费用均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉瘤手术治疗中应用临床路径护理的可行性高,效果肯定,可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,减少并发症,提升患者满意度。

Objective To study the feasibility of clinical path nursing in the surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysm. Methods From May 2015 to April 2017,66 patients with cerebral aneurysm who had been diagnosed with cerebral aneurysm were divided into groups according to the treatment mode,with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given common nursing measures. The path group was given clinical path nursing measures. The hospitalization days,hospitalization costs,satisfaction with surgical care of cerebral aneurysms,and the incidence of complications of cerebral aneurysms were compared between the two groups. Results Satisfaction of pathological care of cerebral aneurysms was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pathological group of cerebral aneurysm surgery complications was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Pathway patients hospitalized days,hospitalization costs were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The feasibility of applying clinical pathology in the surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysm is high and the effect is affirmative. It can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the cost of hospitalization,reduce the complication and improve the patient satisfaction,which is worth to be popularized.
