摘要
目的研究探讨在消化内科护理中应用健康教育的作用。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月在本院进行治疗的消化内科患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用强化健康教育。将两组患者的心理情绪和满意度进行比对。结果观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分和护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用健康教育模式对消化内科患者进行护理效果显著。
Objective To study the role of health education in the nursing of digestive system diseases. Methods The subjects selected in this study were patients with gastroenterology who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017.Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases each group. The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given intensive health education.The psychological mood and satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared. Results The anxiety score,depression score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The health education model care is effective in patients with digestive diseases.
