白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸

摘要 目的探讨蓝光照射联合白蛋白治疗新生儿黄疸的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月本院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组给予蓝光照射+布拉氏菌散剂治疗,观察组则给予蓝光照射联合白蛋白治疗。比较两组患儿治疗的有效率及干预前后患儿胆红素水平。结果干预前两组平均胆红素水平相近(P>0.05);干预后观察组胆红素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的总有效率(95%)高于对照组(85%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的总显效率显著高于对照组(25%vs.7.5%,P<0.05)。结论蓝光照射联合白蛋白治疗新生儿黄疸的应用效果确切,可有效改善黄疸,降低胆红素。 Objective To investigate the effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Eighty cases of neonatal jaundice from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=40 cases)and control group(n=40 cases),the control group was given blue light irradiation and bulashi bacteria powder,the observation group was given phototherapy combined with albumin treatment. The total effective rate of the two groups were compared,and the level of bilirubin before and after intervention were compared. Results Before intervention,the mean bilirubin level of the two groups was similar(P>0.05). After intervention,the level of bilirubin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate(95%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(85%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The effective rate(25%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(7.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is effective. It can effectively improve jaundice and reduce bilirubin.
