儿童急诊抢救的临床特点及预防对策

Clinical Features and Preventive Measures of Emergency Treatment in Children

目的分析探讨急诊室患儿的临床特点与预防措施。方法对2 352例本院2016年12月至2017年7月接受治疗的急诊室患儿临床资料作回顾性分析,分析患儿疾病分布及其不同年龄段的分布情况进。结果 2 352例患儿中21.43%为血液病,25.89%重症肺炎,5.74%意外伤害,28.19%高热惊厥,18.75%其他急性疾病,各类疾病均主要发生于<1岁和1～5岁患儿。1～5岁和<1岁年龄段患儿疾病构成比比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其构成比均高于>5岁的患儿(P<0.05)。结论高热惊厥、重症肺炎、意外伤害等急性疾病多发于5岁及以下患儿,临床需要及时采取有效的措施抢救患儿。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical features and preventive measures in emergency room children. Methods The clinical data of 2352 emergency room patients treated in our hospital from December 2016 to July 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The distribution of disease and its distribution in different age groups were analyzed. Results Totally 21.43% of 2352 children were hematological diseases,25.89% of severe pneumonia,5.74% of accidental injuries,28.19% of febrile seizures and 18.75% of other acute diseases. All kinds of diseases mainly occurred in patients<1 year and 1 to 5 years old child. There was no significant difference in the proportion of children with disease between 1-5 years old and<1 year old(P>0.05),but their proportions were higher than those of children>5 years old(P<0.05). Conclusion Acute diseases such as febrile convulsion,severe pneumonia and accidental injury are often found in children under 5 years old. Therefore,effective measures should be taken to rescue the children.
