奥曲肽联合埃索美拉唑治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并上消化道出血的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Octreotide Combined with Esomeprazole in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Upper Gastro Intestinal Bleeding

目的探讨奥曲肽联合埃索美拉唑治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并消化道出血的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年7月至2017年7月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并消化道出血患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予埃索美拉唑及常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予奥曲肽联合埃索美拉唑治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗,对照组患者总有效率为50.00%;观察组患者总有效率为76.67%;观察组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并消化道出血病因复杂、病情严重,患者病死率较高,应给予患者积极的早期诊断与防治,在常规治疗基础上应用奥曲肽联合埃索美拉唑治疗,可有效降低病死率,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of octreotide combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty patients were selected from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the patients in the control group were given routine treatment,the patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment were given octreotide combined with esomeprazole treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in control group was 50.00%;the total effective rate of the patients in observation group was 76.67%;the clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The reason of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding is complicated and it is a severe disease,with high mortality,early diagnosis and treatment should be given to those patients,and the application of octreotide combined with esomeprazole treatment on the basis of routine treatment,can effectively reduce mortality and improve the quality of patients' living.
