Adverse Reactions and Rational use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的分析中药注射剂常见不良反应,提出合理用药对策。方法选取82例应用中药注射液出现不良反应的注射剂类型、不良反应症状。结果本院应用中药注射剂发生不良反应的主要类型为七叶皂苷钠、炎琥宁注射液、葛根素注射液、双黄连注射液,60岁以上出现不良反应高于其他年龄阶段,以变态、过敏等全身性反应最为多见。结论分析中药注射剂不良反应特点,确保合理用药,可减少不良反应。

Objective To analyze the common adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections and put forward the countermeasures for rational drug use. Methods Eighty-two cases of injections with adverse reactions were investigated. Results The adverse reactions in patients over 60 years of age in our hospital were higher than those in other age groups. Systemic reactions such as metamorphosis and allergy were the most common. Conclusion Analysis of the characteristics of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections,Ensuring rational drug use can reduce adverse reactions.
