微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效

摘要 目的观察微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取本院40例肱骨近端骨折患者,根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,各20例,对照组患者行传统的内固定手术,研究组患者行微创锁定钢板内固定术,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组Neer优良率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创锁定钢板内固定术在肱骨近端骨折治疗中疗效确切,且并发症少。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods According to the order of treatment,40 patients with proximal humeral fractures were divided into control group and study group,20 cases in each group,the control group was treated with traditional internal fixation surgery,and the study group underwent minimally invasive locking plate fixation. The clinical efficacy was compared between groups. Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of Neer in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation is effective in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture with few complications.
