妊高征合并胎盘早剥的临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Placental Abruption of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的分析妊高征合并胎盘早剥的临床护理效果。方法选取104例2017年5月至2017年10月在本院治疗的妊高征合并胎盘早剥孕妇,随机分组,每组52例。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式以及新生儿的正常出生率。结果观察组阴道分娩率(82.69%)显著高于对照组(59.62%)(P<0.05),观察组新生儿的正常出生率(98.08%)显著高于对照组(76.92%)(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预的护理模式来护理妊高征合并胎盘早剥孕妇,对改善产妇妊娠结局和新生儿出生结局有着非常重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of pregnancy induced hypertension with placental abruption. Methods A total of 104 pregnant women who were treated in this hospital from May 2017 to October 2017 were selected randomly,with 52 cases in each group. Compare the delivery patterns of two groups of pregnant women and the normal birth rate of the newborn. Results The vaginal delivery rate(82.69%)was higher than the control group(59.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The normal birth rate(98.08%)of neonates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to improve maternal pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome by adopting the nursing mode of comprehensive nursing intervention to nurse pregnant women with placental abruption.
