护理模式对消化性溃疡治疗效果的影响

Influence of Nursing Mode Effect on Treatment of Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨护理模式对消化性溃疡治疗效果的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2017年12月本院收治的50例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理干预,比较两组护理有效率和护理满意度。结果观察组护理后显效13例(52.00%),有效11例(44.00%),无效1例(4.00%),总有效率为96.00%;对照组护理后显效9例(36.00%),有效10例(40.00%),无效6例(24.00%),总有效率为76.00%,观察组护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理干预对消化性溃疡病人进行护理可以提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing mode on the treatment effect of peptic ulcer. Methods Fifty patients with peptic ulcer in our hospitalwere selected from September 2015 to December 2017 as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 25 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, 13 cases(52.00%) were markedly effective, 11 cases(44.00%) were effective, 1 case(4.00%) was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.00%; 9 cases(36.00%) were significantly effective in the control group after nursing, and 10 cases were effective (40.00%), ineffective in 6 cases (24.00%), and the total effective rate was 76.00%. The total nursing care efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significanthy higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients with peptic ulcer could improve the clinical effect.
