甘精胰岛素治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的疗效

摘要 目的研究血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素的疗效。方法观察160例血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者采用不同胰岛素治疗的疗效,以地特胰岛素为对照,分析甘精胰岛素治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组血糖指标较对照组低,且低血糖发生率较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素对于血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病治疗安全有效,有利于血糖控制。 Objective To study the effect insulin glargine in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with poor blood glucose control. Methods The effect of different insulin therapy in 160 cases of T2DM patients with poor blood glucose control was observed. Patients in the control groups were given insulin,while those in the experiment group were given insulin glargine. The therapeutic effect was compared between groups. Results After treatment,the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine is safe and effective for the treatment of T2DM patients with poor glycemic control and is beneficial to blood glucose control.
