Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of the posterior tibial plateau fracture under traumatic arthroscopy. Methods Sixty patients with posterior tibial plateau fracture treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional posterior medial tibial plateau surgery, and the observation group was treated under the arthroscopy. The good rate of knee joint function, the good rate of fracture reduction, the time of fracture healing and the satisfaction of patients were compared and analyzed in the 2 groups. Results The excellent and good rates of knee joint function in the observation group and the control group were 93.33%(28/30)and 66.67%(20/30)respectively(χ~2=6.667,P<0.05). The excellent rate of fracture reduction in the observation group and the control group were 90.00%(27/30)and 66.67%(20/30),respectively(χ~2=4.812,P<0.05). The fracture healing time of observation group and control group was(96.78±10.33)and(123.33±15.75)d,respectively(χ~2=6.054,P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group and control group were 100.00%(30/30)and 83.33%(25/30),respectively(χ~2=5.455,P<0.05). Conclusion The surgical treatment of posterior tibial plateau fracture under arthroscopic surgery is effective, which could shorten fracture healing time, promote patient rehabilitation, and effectively improve patients satisfaction.
