硫酸镁治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Magnesium Sulfate on Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察硫酸镁治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选取CHF患者80例,随机分成两组,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上静滴硫酸镁。分别于用药前、用药后测量患者心功能水平指标、6min步行距离、左心室舒张末内径等,检测超声心动图。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者心脏的收缩及舒张功能改善更加明显,心源性猝死减少。结论硫酸镁联合常规抗CHF治疗,能改善心脏功能,减少心源性猝死。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Eighty patients with CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment. The treatment group was intravenously treated with magnesium sulfate on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure therapy; the heart function indices, 6-minute walking distance were measured before and after the administration, and the cardiogram ultrasound was measured. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the cardiac contractility and diastolic function of the observation group improved more significantly, and cardiac sudden death was reduced. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with conventional anti-CHF therapy could improve cardiac function and reduce sudden cardiac death.
