急性脑血管病患者吞咽困难的康复治疗

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy on Dysphagia in Patients with Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探究急性脑血管病吞咽困难患者的康复治疗方法。方法选取本院接受急性脑血病吞咽困难诊治的患者85例,分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组同时接受功能康复训练。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者病情改善率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的73.81%(χ~2=6.0371,P=0.0140)。结论对急性脑血管病吞咽困难患者进行康复治疗可显著改善患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation treatment of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease dysphagia. Methods Totally 85 patients with dysphagia of acute cerebral blood disease were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine therapy and the observation group received functional rehabilitation training. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement rate of patients in observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=6.0371,P=0.0140). Conclusion The rehabilitation treatment of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease dysphagia can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
